From the experiences that I have went through as a trainee teacher I would be given the opportunity to be a part of the teachers stuff in the UAE to improve the education filed and support the people to learn English.
English is a second language for emirates people and they should learn it because it is global language. I am a teacher who can compound between at the skills in 21st century skills in learning and teaching which are collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical reflection to produce effective learning environment and support the students in acquisition process.
Learning is about discovering the learning styles of the learners and their interest to engage them in the class though providing several materials to conduct perfect and effective learning process.
