I attend different conferences related to teaching and learning. Having experience attending conferences I realize that teacher must reach out frequently to find out the latest strategies about teaching and learning. I learned new strategies for implementing learning in the 21st century. Also, the teacher of English should model accurate language in the class so that the learners acquire correctly.




































Using effective motivation strategies I developed a good rapport with students. The result was encouraging because even shy and backward student started to engage during my lessons. I think the student started to trust me and were willing to participate in class. It gave me the chance to communicate with them and know their problems and difficulties and to motivate the learners to attend school and learn. "Engaging the emotional brain makes your class curious and attentive" (Bloom,1956).














I conducted observation using data collection tools to know the learners' levels and progress. This knowledge is essential for me because I learned the weaknesses of the learners in acquisition and produce activities that match with their abilities and their learning style. " Know your pupils and the context of their achievement in your school. That means knowing which groups need challenging" (Bloom,1956).




Attend school activity and workshops in the school
I did workshops about keeping healthy for everyone in the school to stay energetic.
For me, the workshop was useful because it increases the awareness about healthy living. I also, gained experience about planning, implementing and working with other teacher in professional way to make it successful. It was an interesting experience that I worked with different teacher such as physical instructors because learning is not the information from the curriculum only. Also, the teacher should connect all the subject and information from different teacher to increase the awareness for the student in different perspectives (Bloom, 1956).
This experience gives me the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with different teachers in the school so I expand my relationships. I have developed the awareness about producing a workshop to maximize the awareness about different topics that related to learning and teaching. This skill could be important for me and the teachers that I conducted to read more about various subjects to produce useful information for the learners. I received oral feedback from different teacher that they learned how to produce activities related to the lesson or the topic that they teach and how to make effective learning resources and materials to support acquisition.
