Professional Development Plan

 

 The graph bellow illustrates my professional development plan that includes the competency areas of my teaching. I believe that the professional development plan identifies the necessary goals, required skill and competency areas of teaching development, such as commitment of profession, planning for learning, Implementing learning, managing learning assessments and reflection (Durham,2015). My teaching produce objectives that needed to accomplish in order to support continuous improvement and development in teaching and learning.  A professional development plan is way of assessing my career as a teacher which support the improving of my teaching strategies and activities.
