In the end of every class my monitor school teacher share some comments as a feedback of my teaching. There were several comments that discussed the strength and the weakness of my teaching.
 
These is no such thing as failure as feedback to improve teaching. For me, the most useful tool to improve the way of teaching is to receive different feedback such as monitor school teacher or colleague feedback. Initially, I have noticed that feedback from different teaching sessions let me focus on specific areas to improve and change some strategies and techniques of teaching to improve the learning process and make progress (Ofsted,2015).  
 
This understanding could be essential to me as a teacher to know my areas of weakness and ably different strategies and techniques to produce some activities to support the learning and teaching process. Having analyzed my teaching gave me the opportunity to realize that I have to teach more and receive more feedback because it gives me the opportunity to use various strategies and activities with the students. Furthermore, feedback gives me the change to produce several techniques to manage the time or the activities and the behavior of the learners and that will improve my teaching.
