Planning for learning
Planning different interaction patterns supported the students to improve their social and language skills because they communicated and worked together and connected with each other. "stand back and support students' to resolve conflict in group work" (Beadle, 2010)

Using differentiation helped students to engage at their own level without fear of failing and opportunity to practice the new language to acquire it. This connects to my teaching philosophy of providing differentiation.

Designing activities to match students' learning styles helped in making students to be engaged in my lesson and made them enthusiastic about practicing the target language. Also, it gives me the chance to make the students busy and use the class time effectively to make progress in their learning. This is also directly linked to my teaching philosophy.

Each student in the class has different learning styles and learn differently and through different interaction pattern. Integrating the learning styles through various activities is effective way to support the comprehension input for the students. For me, the useful way to teach student a new concepts is to let them collaborate with each other and give them time to work alone to use their own skills and integrate their learning styles through creative activities to make effective and enjoyable learning time. "Students should have three times as much time doing stuff in lessons than you spend chatting at them" (beadle,2010).
I have improved my skills in making the students active and engaged in the class activities through providing different interaction patterns, differentiating the tasks depending on their level of learning and activities with different learning styles. This understanding could be important for me as a teacher to provide verities of activities and materials for the student to improve social and language skills because I have difficulties in making the students active and make each one of them practices the new language individually. Using different interaction pattern is essential for me because it gives the student the opportunity to establish their weakness and try to improve it and make progress in the learning field. As a next step, I need to provide some challenge activities for all the learners to move them to the same level of learning.
