Implementing and managing learning

In every class I modeled the activities for the students to give them clear understanding about how to do the activity and use the materials. Also, when the students finish their task or their activity I reward them as individuals or groups to motivate their performance.

Previously, I have noticed that when I give prizes to the students as a group or individually they are motivated to learn and I could control their behavior. For me, the most useful technique in doing the activity in correct way is to visualize the activity to give clear understanding to support the learners to practice and learn alone. "Teachers are determined that pupils achieve well. Encourage pupils to try hard, recognize their efforts and ensure that pupils take pride in all aspects of their work. Teachers have consistently high expectations of all attitudes to learning." (Ofsted,2015).

Having implemented  motivation board gave me the awareness about the importance of motivating the students' work and behavior because it supports them to behave well and try their best to do their work and finish in time. This understanding is essential for me as a teacher to manage the student performance and behavior in the class and establish the appropriate leaning environment. The knowledge of providing model of activities and giving instruction support the students to practice the language in correct way and acquire it. As a next step, for each activity I will give visual example to give clear understanding to all the learners in the class and I will reward individually because some of the learners work harder in the individual activities.
