I consider this video interview a Best practice because I developed my professionalism in getting feedback from a mentor. Secondly I and my colleagues planned, collaborated and conducted the interview. Thanks for Ms.Carolyn Hutchinson for giving me the opportunity to interview her about the best practice provide some information about different perspectives about my teaching practice and how it was a best practice for me and for her as a supervisor of the Diyar international private school in Fujairah.  

Participating in the exhibition about  in 21st century skills is a best practice for me because I developed all the competency areas as I collaborated with my colleagues to produce creative teacher produced teaching resources. I think I also improved on the 21st century skills of collaboration, communication, critical reflection and creativity. Also, I improved on connecting the 21st century skills with my professional development plan to improve the learning and teaching. As a teacher, it is important for me to produce creative activities which include different levels, styles and interaction patter to support the student to communicate, collaborate and be critical on answering the question in groups on individually.

I collaborate on producing lesson that included pre, while and post activity for Kinder Garden students. Through this experience I improve on managing and teaching  young children and the way of visualizing the activities for them because they have short attention span. I consider this experience as a best practice in managing and implementing learning. I learned that I have to give extra attention to individual student and help them on their tasks to develop fine motor skills.

Producing workshops to help people to improve their skills is best practice for me as it gives me the opportunity to help people and widen my relationships with different foundations and organizations. I learnt that I have to be on time to organize the class to make effective learning environment and to be creative to produce joyful moment for the students. Also, through this experience I develop the knowledge of communicating and teaching different ages of students. 

As a teacher, from my own perspective the best practice is a combination of planning, implementing, managing learning, observing the students performance through the assessments and receiving different reflections from MST and MST. In addition, I have learnt that the perfect class should make connection between the good management behavior strategies, creative activities with different interaction pattern that include  different  levels and learning styles and check the students improvement through the formative and summative assessment.
